Mac says "Not Opened"?

The current macOS build is unsigned, so Apple cannot verify it yet. Only continue if you downloaded Piss Olsen from this page.

Keep the app
Click Done in the warning. Do not choose Move to Trash.
Open Mac settings
Go to Apple menu → System Settings → Privacy & Security.
Approve Piss Olsen
Scroll to Security, click Open Anyway, sign in, then confirm Open Anyway.

Open Anyway appears for about one hour after the warning. If it is missing, try opening Piss Olsen once and return to these settings.
